We delivered eight model schools in Basra between 2023 and 2024, handed over complete with their systems.

What we execute
Our civil and construction work covers a project from raw ground to a working facility. We take the site, backfill and compact, execute foundations and structure, lay water, sewage and drainage networks, and pave roads and footpaths — then hand over with working systems, not a shell waiting on another contractor.
The practical difference is that the scope isn't split. When the network, compaction and paving are executed under one contract, there's no dispute about who owns it when the paving settles over a trench six months later.

Network, backfill and paving under one responsibility
In Ajaydin and Hay Al-Hakim (2023) we executed the network, compaction and paving within a single scope. Splitting the work between two parties is the cause of settlement problems, not their consequence.
Foundations designed for the site
In Qurna, foundations were designed for the soil at the Tigris–Euphrates confluence, not copied from another project's detail. A foundation design error doesn't show at handover — it shows years later.
