About us

A contracting company from Basra, not a representative office

The head office, the engineering workshop, the equipment and the technical staff are in the governorate we build in. This page presents the company file as it gets transcribed onto a prequalification form: registration and classification data, delivery scope, how we work, and the limits of what we can prove.

The beginning

The company was founded in Basra and stayed there. We did not move to Baghdad, and we do not run the work from a representative office in another governorate. The head office, the engineering workshop, the equipment and the technical staff are in the same governorate we build in.

This is not an administrative preference; it is a cost and schedule decision. A contractor mobilizing from outside the governorate pays transport, accommodation and an extra week on every variation order, and leans on subcontractors it holds no schedule authority over. We take the site with our own crews and stay on it until handover.

What we build

Six service lines, each run with our own crews and equipment.

In practice this means we take raw ground and hand over a working facility: grading, foundations, the concrete frame, finishes, mechanical systems and external networks, then commissioning and handover.

And between 2022 and 2024 we delivered in Basra: 8 model schools, the infrastructure for two residential districts, and the supply chain for Plate Curtain Steel plates for Al-Hartha power station from the People's Republic of China.

How we work

Four rules that separate the proposal from the delivery. Each has a consequence visible in the schedule and the cost, and each one is auditable.

  • To the reference specification

We price and build to the specification in the contract document, not to the nearest equivalent available locally. If a technical or schedule reason calls for a substitute, it is submitted in writing and approved by you before procurement, not after.

  • We inspect before shipment

Imported materials are inspected for conformity in the country of origin before shipment. The Al-Hartha plates are a documented example: inspected to Chinese standards, then shipped. Inspecting on arrival does not remedy a non-conformity — it only records the loss and adds two months to the schedule.

  • With our own crews

The principal works are executed by our own staff and equipment out of Basra. Subcontracting is an exception for specific specialist trades, not a way to cover an absence of delivery capacity. The party you hold to the schedule is the party on site.

  • With documentation

Every stage is documented: handover minutes, laboratory test results, as-built drawings and the completion certificate. The documents are delivered to you at final handover, and we keep a copy we can produce years later for any review or audit.

Where we work

The head office and engineering workshop are in Basra, and crews and equipment mobilize from there. We work across Iraq and in Kuwait, and in Middle East markets on procurement, supply and supply-chain management from the country of origin.

And we distinguish between what we can execute and what we can prove. The documented projects on this site, 6 in total, were all executed in Basra. We do not list work whose documentation we do not hold, and we will not. This is what we can prove today.

We don't cite a number we can't prove. Completion and award letters available on request.

Need the full prequalification file?

We'll send the registration and classification documents, plus completion certificates for the projects you select. And if you already have a scope of work, send it and we'll come back with a technical and commercial proposal.
